How do we work together?

    We identify your wants and needs to fully tailor the software to your business. Together we discuss your wishes and requirements for the POS system.

    As a result of our visit we make a proposal directly on site, would you rather compare or think about it? No problem, we will send you the proposal by email.

  3. Order

    Of course we are happy to cooperate with you, if it is mutual, you simply confirm the offer in our online environment. This is followed by a clear instruction email which confirms the order and indicates exactly what we need to prepare for delivery.

  4. Preparing and programming

    Our team believes that thorough programming and preparation is the key to a successful delivery and relationship. Upon receipt of all supplies, an installation date is discussed by mutual agreement. Also, our technical team immediately starts programming, preparing and testing the POS system you ordered.

  5. Delivery

    On the agreed installation day, one of our own technicians will deliver your system. We believe that the way the system is installed guarantees proper and fault-free operation. Partly for this reason, the installation is always done by one of our own technical staff.

    1. Preliminary discussion: After we come in, we go over with you where you want the box office and equipment.

    4.User instruction: Once the installation is complete, our technician will proceed with the user instruction. Here you and your employees receive a short clear training and there is opportunity to ask questions and if desired, employees can start using it right away!

  6. Aftersales

    In addition to a good, solid and reliable system, we consider high-quality service of great importance. Since our POS software contains more and more functionalities, there are always more questions. The after-sales service is pre-eminently suited to answer all questions once again and, where necessary, to further explain or enable certain functionalities. After the aftersales meeting and the necessary adjustments, we consider the delivery to be complete.
